Cookie policy

1. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files a website can save through your browser. Local storage and session storage are different technologies that keep information in your browser. This website’s enquiry and cookie-preference features use browser storage, not cookies.

2. Essential storage used here

• Cookie choice (besta-cookie-preference-v1): local storage remembers “Necessary only” or “Accept all” so the banner does not appear on every visit. It contains only that choice and remains until you change it or clear this site’s browser data.
• Enquiry draft (besta-enquiry): session storage keeps the details you type in the enquiry form within this tab. It normally ends with the tab’s session, although browser session restoration may retain it. It is not sent to a website enquiry database.

These uses support your requested interaction and are not used for advertising or tracking across websites. Blocking browser storage may cause the banner to return or prevent drafts from being remembered, but you can still use the website.

3. Optional cookies

No optional analytics or advertising cookies or trackers are currently installed by this website. “Necessary only” rejects optional cookies; “Accept all” records an affirmative choice. Both currently result in the same essential-only experience. If optional tools are introduced, this policy will be updated and a new choice requested before they load.

4. External services

WhatsApp and Google Maps may use their own cookies or storage when you open them. Their practices are controlled by those providers, not by this banner. Google Fonts receives technical connection information when fonts load. Hosting may also process technical request information. See the privacy policy for more details.

5. Change or remove your choice

You can reopen the banner at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below. To remove an enquiry draft or a saved choice, clear this website’s data in your browser’s privacy settings. Removing the saved choice makes the banner appear again. Changing your cookie choice does not delete WhatsApp messages you have already sent.

6. Privacy and updates

This policy supports transparent information handling under POPIA. For your privacy rights, the business contact and complaint options, read our privacy policy. We will revise this notice when the website’s storage practices change.
